Do you feel sad, depressed, like an angry, hungry wolf or just feel totally chaotic inside or crying all the time?

All of these feelings are normal and natural as we grow older due to our hormones changing. At times you may experience one or all of the above mentioned feelings at any given moment and not understand what you are experiencing. So that you can better understand the changes with your hormones and aging, instead of trying to explain it, I’m going to share a medical document link on it.

What I can tell you is that I experience these same emotions. Sometimes all I want to do is cry for no reason at all and it makes me feel crazy! I have cried in places, such as the bank to where they put me in an office and gave me tissues. I was so embarrassed! I have no clue what made me cry or why I was crying! To this day, when I walk into my bank all the tellers just stare at me like they are waiting for me to break down again!

When I told my webmistress about this happening to me, she just laughed and said I needed to eat foods that naturally had estrogen and progesterone in them, accept my aging and to surround myself with supportive aging friends. She shared these two links with me.

I changed my diet that includes foods in both list and I did in fact start feeling better, but I still on occasion break down in tears and when I do, I reach out to friends.

I send this to my friends when I need emotional support.

I stopped chasing the fountain of youth and came to terms with me, the real me and accepted all of me for who and as I am and I feel better!

    We are an older couple as well and I’m going through menopause. While your visuals made me laugh, you really touched on the crazy emotions and how quickly your moods swing. You described me to a tee! I have been going to therapy! It’s not really working either! I think I like your webmistress! That article is great & better explained everything better than my doctor and therapist! I’m going to try and see if a diet can and will help! Great advice! Thank you!
